Real estate

Property Management Specialist

Would you like to move into rental and WEG property management, or become more confident in this field? You learn what matters in a property manager's day-to-day work: tenancy and WEG law, the annual statement of accounts and the budget plan, building services, and chairing owners' meetings. The theory is taught live online, and in the practical sessions you practise typical situations from everyday property management. The content is based on the examination for certified property managers under § 26a WEG. You take the examination itself at an IHK.

Occupational safety, electric mobility

Specialist in High-Voltage and Alternative Drive Technology

Electric and hybrid vehicles are now part of every workshop. Anyone who works on them needs the appropriate qualification level under DGUV Information 209-093. We train employees from Kfz (motor vehicle) and electrical trades to work on production vehicles as well as in research, development and manufacturing. You learn the theory live online and practise de-energising on the vehicle in person. The course ends with an examination and a certificate. For businesses, this means fewer days on which employees are away from the workshop.

Occupational safety, hazardous substances

Working with asbestos

Anyone working in buildings constructed before 1993 may come across asbestos, for example in tile adhesive, roof panels or old meter cabinets. Since the amendment to the Gefahrstoffverordnung (German Hazardous Substances Ordinance) in December 2024, new obligations apply to businesses and employees. The course is aimed at construction, skilled trades and property management. You learn to identify materials containing asbestos and to implement protective measures correctly. We have yet to determine which expertise under TRGS 519 the course will provide and how it will be officially recognised. Practical training and the examination take place in person.

How a training course works

From your first conversation through to your certificate, you have a dedicated contact person.

  1. Advice

We discuss your prior knowledge and your goals free of charge and check whether the course is right for you.

  2. Funding and registration

If funding is an option, we will provide you with the course details for the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit), the Jobcenter or your employer. You then register for the course.

  3. Live online teaching

Theory sessions take place at fixed times in a virtual classroom. You can see the trainer and ask questions at any time. All you need is a computer with a camera, microphone and internet connection.

  4. Hands-on training on site

Exercises that involve practical handling, measuring instruments and protective equipment take place in person.

  5. Exam and certificate

The course ends with an examination. You receive a certificate stating the content and scope of the course.

Funding

Training can be publicly funded, in the best case in full. Whether funding is granted, and how much, is decided by the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter on a case-by-case basis. We help you prepare for the appointment.

Education voucher (Bildungsgutschein)

§ 81 SGB III

If you are looking for work or reorienting your career, you can apply for an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) from the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter. The authority makes its decision following an advisory interview. The course must be approved for this. We will give you the course approval number (Maßnahmenummer) as soon as it is available.

Employees in companies

§ 82 SGB III

The Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) may cover course fees and part of the employee's wages if the training lasts more than 120 hours. Companies with fewer than 50 employees receive up to 100 per cent of the course fees; larger companies receive less. Training that the employer is legally required to provide is excluded from this funding.

Information correct as of October 2026. A bill amending SGB III has been debated in the Bundestag but not yet passed. We will update this information as soon as it comes into force.

For businesses

Property management companies, garages, car dealerships and trade businesses train individual employees with us in open courses or as a closed group. The theory is taught live online, with no travel required. We can run the practical part at your premises, on your vehicles and in your properties. Each department has its own questions.

FAQs

Do I need an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) before I get in touch?

No. You are welcome to contact us beforehand. We'll tell you which documents you need for your appointment with the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter.

How much does a course cost?

We will publish prices together with the first course dates. With an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein), the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter covers the course fees. Companies receive a quote for their group.

Can I take part entirely online?

Theory is taught live online. Practical exercises and exams take place in person where the regulations require it. This is the case for the asbestos course, for example.

What equipment do I need?

A computer or laptop with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection. Before the course starts, we test the connection together with you.

What certificate will I receive?

You receive a certificate stating the content and scope of the course. Which examination or recognition applies to a course will be set out in the course description once it has been confirmed.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

That depends on the course. For the high-voltage qualification, you need technical vocational training, for example in a Kfz (motor vehicle) or electrical trade. For the other courses, we'll clarify this during your consultation.

When do the courses start?

The courses are in preparation. Write to us and we'll get in touch as soon as dates are confirmed.
