Property Management Specialist

Would you like to move into rental and WEG property management, or become more confident in this field? You learn what matters in a property manager's day-to-day work: tenancy and WEG law, the annual statement of accounts and the budget plan, building services, and chairing owners' meetings. The theory is taught live online, and in the practical sessions you practise typical situations from everyday property management. The content is based on the examination for certified property managers under § 26a WEG. You take the examination itself at an IHK.

Occupational safety, electric mobility

Specialist in High-Voltage and Alternative Drive Technology

Electric and hybrid vehicles are now part of every workshop. Anyone who works on them needs the appropriate qualification level under DGUV Information 209-093. We train employees from Kfz (motor vehicle) and electrical trades to work on production vehicles as well as in research, development and manufacturing. You learn the theory live online and practise de-energising on the vehicle in person. The course ends with an examination and a certificate. Anyone working in buildings constructed before 1993 may come across asbestos, for example in tile adhesive, roof panels or old meter cabinets. Since the amendment to the Gefahrstoffverordnung (German Hazardous Substances Ordinance) in December 2024, new obligations apply to businesses and employees. The course is aimed at construction, skilled trades and property management. You learn to identify materials containing asbestos and to implement protective measures correctly. We have yet to determine which expertise under TRGS 519 the course will provide and how it will be officially recognised. Practical training and the examination take place in person.

§ 81 SGB III

If you are looking for work or reorienting your career, you can apply for an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) from the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter. Employees in companies

§ 82 SGB III

The Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) may cover course fees and part of the employee's wages if the training lasts more than 120 hours. Companies with fewer than 50 employees receive up to 100 per cent of the course fees; larger companies receive less. Training that the employer is legally required to provide is excluded from this funding.

FAQs

Do I need an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein) before I get in touch?

No. You are welcome to contact us beforehand. We'll tell you which documents you need for your appointment with the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter.

How much does a course cost?

We will publish prices together with the first course dates. With an education voucher (Bildungsgutschein), the Federal Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) or the Jobcenter covers the course fees. Companies receive a quote for their group.

Can I take part entirely online?

The theory is always taught live online. Courses without a practical component, such as the Accounting and Tax Assistant course (Fachkraftassistenz Rechnungswesen und Steuern), run entirely online. Practical exercises and examinations take place in person where the regulations require it. This is the case for the asbestos course, for example.

What equipment do I need?

A computer or laptop with a camera, microphone and a stable internet connection. Before the course starts, we test the connection together with you.

What certificate will I receive?

You receive a certificate stating the content and scope of the course. Which examination or recognition applies to a course will be set out in the course description once it has been confirmed.

Do I need any prior knowledge?

That depends on the course. For the high-voltage qualification, you need technical vocational training, for example in a Kfz (motor vehicle) or electrical trade. For the other courses, we'll clarify this during your consultation.

What language are the classes taught in?

Lessons and course materials are generally in German and English. If needed, we can also run a course in another language, provided the group is large enough. This website is available in other languages so that you can find out about us in your own language beforehand. We will work out together which language suits you during the advice session.

When do the courses start?

We will let you know the next start date for the Accounting and Tax Assistant course (Fachkraftassistenz Rechnungswesen und Steuern) during your consultation. The other courses are in preparation. Write to us and we will get in touch as soon as dates are confirmed.
